What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing is a process that gets to the "root" of a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual issue. In addition to traditional and holistic practice, an energy healer works with the energetic flow of the body, helping individuals identify and release existing patterns that are causing an imbalance. After a healing a client can experience a release of physical pain, release and balance of emotions, a shift in perspective, ease in making decisions, calmness and a sense of peace.
For example, high blood pressure is related to the heart and the flow of the circulation of blood. There's always a link between a physical manifestation and an underlying behavior, emotion or spiritual pattern. We discover together interdependencies to uncover the "root" to the physical manifestation and co-create a new path to healing.
Energy Healers have the capacity to feel on a subtle energetic level. So when others can't feel, we can feel what's stuck and direct the client to recognize the feeling or energy pattern. It's essential that the client be taught how to recognize these patterns in themselves, because, ultimately, we heal ourselves. The energy healer holds sacred space for the transformation/transmutation to occur within the client. The energy healer is the vessel that channels sacred energy with love and compassion so that in turn, the client can learn to love themselves and love others. If you've heard the saying, "Love can heal the world", it's true!
